Why can I not submit an application until October 14?

DECAL Scholars is transitioning to a new system. At this time, applications will not be accepted by any method—online, email, fax, or mail. We are excited to launch a more streamlined online application process, with application submissions beginning on October 14 at 8:30 AM through our new DECAL Scholars system!
