How to enter
Contest runs October 14 – November 18
1 Create a profile in the new DECAL Scholars system (if you’re a new applicant) or simply change your profile password (if you’re an existing applicant).
2 Complete all profile fields.
3 Opt-in to receive text messages for application status updates.
